Bridget Saulnier

Grants Associate

Bridget Saulnier is a strategic grants and funding professional with a passion for supporting charities and non-profits. She brings over two decades of public-sector experience as a government funder and partnership builder, alongside a strong background in communications, stakeholder engagement, events, and policy/program development for the charitable sector. Her experience includes a particular focus on women’s issues, the voluntary sector, and volunteerism initiatives, with experience across northern, rural, and urban contexts.

Bridget also brings an entrepreneurial lens through her leadership in award-winning small businesses in the hospitality sector, and she has supported major community fundraising efforts to strengthen local social services. She has served in regional tourism and destination marketing leadership in Ontario.

Based in Toronto, Bridget supports GM&F Partners’ clients by identifying and pursuing strong-fit private foundation and government funding opportunities, and by helping organizations strengthen their cases for support, grant readiness, and the planning, delivery, and reporting of funded projects.

Outside of work, Bridget is a lifelong learner who enjoys continuing to learn about marketing and digital strategy, deepening her faith through retreats, conferences, inter-faith learning, and pilgrimages, travelling with friends and family, hiking, and spending time in the Maritimes with her husband and their Nova Scotia family as an honorary Bluenoser.
